An occupancy calendar tells you who stays where. Everything after that decides what is left at the end.

Every unit on its own

Holiday flat, apartment, contractor room or single guest room are kept separately. Arrival and departure fix the occupancy period to the hour.

Changeover with a checklist

The time window between check-out and check-in becomes the cleaning job. A checklist of its own per unit, then a quality check with its own list.

Laundry follows the occupancy

The upcoming changeovers show when bed linen and towels are needed. Stock, returns and demand become plannable, in house or at the laundry.

Contribution margin per unit

Alongside revenue sit tourist tax, cleaning, laundry and outside services. Plus the hours actually booked. That shows which unit really pays off.
