Jobtura · inventory management for retail

Out front you take the money. Out back the stock has to add up.

Goods come in, goods go out, and at the end of the month nobody should have to guess. Jobtura keeps articles, purchasing and stock in one place, with the point-of-sale function and the cash book attached to it.

You set up your account yourself – registration opens in a new tab and needs a moment the first time. If you would rather know first whether we are a match, send us an enquiry, no obligation.

Your day

What changes in your day

Three everyday steps that cost you time today, and how they run with Jobtura:

One system instead of five

Everything your business really needs

The sale at the till and the stock on the shelf should mean the same figure at the end of the month.

Resupply before the shelf is empty

Reorder level, minimum and maximum stock are held per article and warehouse. What runs short shows on the article, not first on an empty shelf.

Cash book and export

Accounts, postings, payments and the cash book run along. The export for accounting goes to CSV and Excel through export templates.

Stocktaking by barcode

Counting runs with a count sheet and scanner against the target stock. The discrepancy is there afterwards instead of turning up again next year.

One stock, several channels

Shop, several warehouses and a connected web shop all draw on the same article master. Selling happens in several places, the arithmetic in one.

In detail

What a thousand small sales add up to

An article master that fits the range

Newspapers, drinks, cosmetics or clothing: what counts as an article is your decision, through the article master with variants, assemblies and article groups. Size, colour, brand or pack unit are added as free attributes, with no programming needed.

Nobody has to retype supplier lists. Article data can be imported from CSV or Excel and matched to existing articles.

Purchase price and sales price sit on the article, with terms and tiered prices per supplier beside them. What an article costs and what it brings in is therefore in the same place.

A scan code can be taught once, after which the scanner finds the article without searching.

Purchasing, stock and till belong together

Reorder level, minimum and maximum stock are held per article and warehouse. When things get tight it shows on the article rather than on an empty shelf.

Orders go to the supplier straight from the purchasing job. Goods receipt books the delivery onto stock, and the incoming invoice is created directly from it.

For selling in the shop the point-of-sale function can be switched on. The sale is not a booking in some system alongside, but acts on the same stock.

On the commercial side accounts, postings, payments and the cash book run along, and the export for accounting goes to CSV and Excel through export templates.

Counting, valuing, extending

Stocktaking runs with count sheets and barcode capture. Counting is against the target stock, and whatever deviates is recorded as a discrepancy instead of turning up again next year.

Several warehouses and locations can be kept separately, and availability is calculated per location.

The shop does not have to stay your only channel. Articles can be released to a connected web shop with their own images, texts and categories, while still drawing on the same stock.

In the end you know what was bought, what was sold and what should still be there. The stocktake says what actually is there.

How it works

From supplier to shelf to stocktaking

Entered once, usable everywhere. No double entry.

Supplierwith purchase price
Purchase orderfrom the reorder level
Goods receiptbooked onto the shelf
Stockcalculated continuously
Salethrough the till
Stocktakingwith a count sheet

And it carries on from there on the same job: quotes can be signed digitally, deposit, interim and final invoices follow from it, incoming payments and reminders hang on it, and at the end the data goes to the accounts.

What sets this apart from invoicing tools

Equipment involved? Your warehouse keeps up.

Where spreadsheets stop, Jobtura carries on: stock levels, picking and scanning are built in. No extra tool needed.

Picking

Packing lists straight from the order. Tick off line by line, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is packed twice.

Warehouse screens

A live overview in the warehouse: which orders are due, what is packed, what is missing, on a screen right there.

Scan instead of search

Barcode and QR scanning by smartphone: book equipment, record withdrawals, check returns, in seconds.

Enquire, no obligation

Five quick questions, an answer straight away – then we both know whether this is a match.

Proven in daily use

Jobtura is not theory software. It has been in use for years with rental businesses, event technicians and service providers across Germany, built with the people who work with it every day.

The count sheet says what is actually there.

Not a gut feeling, not last year estimate. Counting is done by barcode, and the discrepancy is then there in black and white.
