Jobtura · web shop, till and connected selling

Three ways to the customer. One article behind them.

One calls and wants a quotation. The next orders in the shop at night. The third stands in the store and takes it straight away. For the customer those are three worlds. Behind them, at your end, should stand the same article.

You set up your account yourself – registration opens in a new tab and needs a moment the first time. If you would rather know first whether we are a match, send us an enquiry, no obligation.

Your day

What changes in your day

Three everyday steps that cost you time today, and how they run with Jobtura:

One system instead of five

Everything your business really needs

Three ways to the customer should not mean three versions of the truth about the same article.

From basket to job

Whatever arises in the shop travels back into Jobtura and is processed there as an enquiry or an order. No reconciling by hand.

Prices from rules

Article price, terms per customer and customer group, tiers and discounts. The price comes from rules rather than from somebody remembering an arrangement.

Till and cash book

For selling on site the point-of-sale function can be switched on. Anyone who needs a full till uses QASSE from the Jobtura world.

One master for every channel

Prices, images, documents and stock sit on the article. Shop, till and sales all draw on it instead of keeping three stock figures side by side.

In detail

Why everything hangs on the article master

The master data is the starting point

The article master is the basis for every sales route. Every article is maintained once and then carries its commercial and logistical details everywhere: prices, purchasing terms, stock, article groups, images and documents.

Prices come from rules rather than from mental arithmetic. The starting point is the article price, on which terms per customer and customer group, tiers and discounts take effect.

Stock management distinguishes between quantity articles and individually kept devices. What you sell a hundred times over is kept as a quantity, what carries a serial number is kept individually.

That way the question of which channel something is sold through is no longer a question of where the data lives.

What has to look different in the shop

An internal article name is not yet a good product description. For the shop you can therefore hold your own texts, images, descriptions and categories, along with the details that matter for being found.

Not every article has to appear online. You decide per article what is offered in the shop and which details are visible there.

The customer navigates categories, picks and puts things in the basket. Depending on the business model that becomes an order, or first an enquiry, because prices and terms still have to be negotiated.

And then the job does not disappear into a shop back end that somebody later reconciles with inventory management by hand. The details come back into Jobtura and are processed there as an enquiry or an order.

Store, sales and everything that follows

In parallel the same company can sell over the counter. For selling on site the point-of-sale function can be switched on, and accounts, postings, payments and the cash book run along on the same side. Anyone who needs a full till uses QASSE from the Jobtura world.

Classic sales carries on beside it. A member of staff still writes an individual quotation, agrees special prices, turns it into an order and writes the delivery note and the invoice.

And the shop does not necessarily sell only products. A furniture hire business receives a rental enquiry through it. A technical dealer sells a device that later comes with an installation. A manufacturer lets the customer configure a product from variants and assemblies.

Then the story does not end at the basket. It starts there, and the job continues like any other: availability, picking, delivery note, invoice.

How it works

From the article master back into the job

Entered once, usable everywhere. No double entry.

Article mastermaintained once
Releasewith its own texts
Basketenquiry or purchase
Jobtravels back
Saleor through the till
Stockfrom the same master data

And it carries on from there on the same job: quotes can be signed digitally, deposit, interim and final invoices follow from it, incoming payments and reminders hang on it, and at the end the data goes to the accounts.

What sets this apart from invoicing tools

Equipment involved? Your warehouse keeps up.

Where spreadsheets stop, Jobtura carries on: stock levels, picking and scanning are built in. No extra tool needed.

Picking

Packing lists straight from the order. Tick off line by line, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is packed twice.

Warehouse screens

A live overview in the warehouse: which orders are due, what is packed, what is missing, on a screen right there.

Scan instead of search

Barcode and QR scanning by smartphone: book equipment, record withdrawals, check returns, in seconds.

Enquire, no obligation

Five quick questions, an answer straight away – then we both know whether this is a match.

One article, three ways out.

What the customer sees in the shop, takes home from the store or receives as a quotation comes from the same master data.
