Everything your business really needs
An order rarely consists of one chair and one table. Twenty poseur tables, fifteen chair covers and two hundred folding chairs move at the same time.
Deliver, set up, collect
Every line item carries its own quantity and its own date, differing from the head of the job. The build-up sits beside it as an assembly line item with a date of its own.
The longer, the cheaper
Longer hire periods lower the daily rates, larger quantities lower the price. You hold both per article, article group and customer, instead of working it out again on the quote.
What is really in the van
Every line item is ticked off singly while the load is put together. If a stack of chairs is missing, the shortfall stays — it is not overwritten.
Quantity or single piece
Folding chairs run as quantity articles, high-value single pieces with a serial number of their own. Their life story shows purchase, assignments, inspections and repairs.

From the article master to the return
Promising before the date gets tight
Chairs, tables, lounge furniture, poseur tables, chair covers or counters: you are not planning one piece of furniture but a whole fit-out for a fixed period.
Before anything is promised, scheduling answers whether the quantity is free at all on that date. Availability per article and day takes in running jobs, reservations, inspections and blocks.
A bar chart spreads jobs and line items across time. Overlaps show up there, before they reach the customer.
The same overview separates stock, what is planned in and what is free. So you know not only how many chairs you own, but how many are still to be had in the week in question.
One article master, the web shop included
Furniture is chosen by eye. So images, documents and text blocks sit on the article itself and not in a second system beside it.
Two fields on the article steer the shop: one puts it online, the other gives it a name of its own there. The article is still maintained only once.
Article groups organise the stock: chairs, tables, sofas, lounge furniture, poseur tables, textiles. The same structure carries the terms as well, because rate scales hang on the article, on the group or on the customer.
That way no second world grows up beside the inventory management: sales, scheduling and the warehouse work on the same article data.
Returns, damage and the workshop
On the return, what counts is what actually comes back from site. Jobtura distinguishes whether everything or only part of it came back; the rest stays open.
Damage and furniture brought back late are recorded on the same job. Both can be charged on instead of being written off quietly.
A damaged table goes into your own workshop. The movements between warehouse, assignment and workshop are tracked along, and repairs stay traceable on the item.
Until the repair is finished, the piece of furniture stays blocked. After that it is back in available stock, and its history stays attached to it.
