Counted, not estimated.
Folding chairs rarely go out singly. What leaves the warehouse is recorded, and so is what comes back.
In furniture hire you rarely move one piece of furniture, you move a hundred at once. Enquiry, picking, delivery and return hang on one job, not on four lists side by side.
You set up your account yourself – registration opens in a new tab and needs a moment the first time. If you would rather know first whether we are a match, send us an enquiry, no obligation.

Jobtura · Enquiry → Quote → Availability
Three everyday steps that cost you time today, and how they run with Jobtura:
An order rarely consists of one chair and one table. Twenty poseur tables, fifteen chair covers and two hundred folding chairs move at the same time.
Every line item carries its own quantity and its own date, differing from the head of the job. The build-up sits beside it as an assembly line item with a date of its own.
Longer hire periods lower the daily rates, larger quantities lower the price. You hold both per article, article group and customer, instead of working it out again on the quote.
Every line item is ticked off singly while the load is put together. If a stack of chairs is missing, the shortfall stays — it is not overwritten.
Folding chairs run as quantity articles, high-value single pieces with a serial number of their own. Their life story shows purchase, assignments, inspections and repairs.
Chairs, tables, lounge furniture, poseur tables, chair covers or counters: you are not planning one piece of furniture but a whole fit-out for a fixed period.
Before anything is promised, scheduling answers whether the quantity is free at all on that date. Availability per article and day takes in running jobs, reservations, inspections and blocks.
A bar chart spreads jobs and line items across time. Overlaps show up there, before they reach the customer.
The same overview separates stock, what is planned in and what is free. So you know not only how many chairs you own, but how many are still to be had in the week in question.
Furniture is chosen by eye. So images, documents and text blocks sit on the article itself and not in a second system beside it.
Two fields on the article steer the shop: one puts it online, the other gives it a name of its own there. The article is still maintained only once.
Article groups organise the stock: chairs, tables, sofas, lounge furniture, poseur tables, textiles. The same structure carries the terms as well, because rate scales hang on the article, on the group or on the customer.
That way no second world grows up beside the inventory management: sales, scheduling and the warehouse work on the same article data.
On the return, what counts is what actually comes back from site. Jobtura distinguishes whether everything or only part of it came back; the rest stays open.
Damage and furniture brought back late are recorded on the same job. Both can be charged on instead of being written off quietly.
A damaged table goes into your own workshop. The movements between warehouse, assignment and workshop are tracked along, and repairs stay traceable on the item.
Until the repair is finished, the piece of furniture stays blocked. After that it is back in available stock, and its history stays attached to it.
Entered once, usable everywhere. No double entry.
And it carries on from there on the same job: quotes can be signed digitally, deposit, interim and final invoices follow from it, incoming payments and reminders hang on it, and at the end the data goes to the accounts.
Where spreadsheets stop, Jobtura carries on: stock levels, picking and scanning are built in. No extra tool needed.
Packing lists straight from the order. Tick off line by line, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is packed twice.
A live overview in the warehouse: which orders are due, what is packed, what is missing, on a screen right there.
Barcode and QR scanning by smartphone: book equipment, record withdrawals, check returns, in seconds.
Five quick questions, an answer straight away – then we both know whether this is a match.
Jobtura is not theory software. It has been in use for years with rental businesses, event technicians and service providers across Germany, built with the people who work with it every day.

Jobtura comes in two forms: as full rental software for businesses with a warehouse and equipment fleet, and as a lean cloud entry for small teams.
The full ERP software for rental, sales & service. That is this page.
Jobtura as a Service , the lean cloud entry for small teams.
And the two belong together: JaaS also works as an app alongside Sales & Rent. You can just as well use only the app, or only Sales & Rent. And where the software runs is your call: in our cloud, on your own server, or on a machine in your own building.
ERP and inventory software for Rental · Sales · Service. You start lean with what you need and add more as you grow:
