What was recorded is what counts.
Two hours here, three there. If you sell your own time, you earn on what can still be found in the evening.
One customer in the morning, one project in the afternoon, an appointment in between. Jobtura records what the time went on and turns it into the invoice. Even when there are two of you.
You set up your account yourself – registration opens in a new tab and needs a moment the first time. If you would rather know first whether we are a match, send us an enquiry, no obligation.

Jobtura · Customer → Quote → Order
Three everyday steps that cost you time today, and how they run with Jobtura:
One job carries the customer, the appointment, the hours and the invoice. None of it has to be kept up a second time somewhere else.
Start, work, stop. Beginning, end and break stay on the line item that was worked on, together with a note for looking back.
The document follows from the order, in full or in parts. It shows what was recorded, not what somebody still remembers in the evening.
Camera, lens, tripod and lighting held individually, each with a serial number. For the day of the assignment a packing list follows from it.
Customer, quote, order, service, payment in one place. No second program beside it holding the same names all over again.
If you sell your own work, you do not need a system built for a hundred employees, but a process that holds up every day and asks no more than a few minutes.
In Jobtura the job is the working document. It runs through the stages from enquiry to quote to order and invoice, without anything being retyped along the way.
A service is a line item type of its own. It is priced by time or as a flat rate, and both may sit side by side in the same job.
You start small. One person, one customer, one order are enough for the first run.
A developer spends the morning on one customer project and the afternoon on a second. A consultant splits her day across three clients. By the evening the split is only roughly known.
The hourly rate sits on the customer or on the project. The same hour is therefore priced differently depending on the order, without anyone doing the maths before the invoice.
If you forgot to start the timer, you enter the time afterwards and correct it. What matters is that in the end nothing is missing that should be paid for.
With fixed prices the comparison is what counts: the calculated budget on one side, the booked hours and costs on the other. After that you know whether the next price has to look different.
An order that runs for months is structured with subgroups. Every section carries its own hours and its own budget.
What gets invoiced is the section that is finished, not the whole order at once. The invoice matches what was recorded in hours and services.
If equipment is part of it, it is held individually and assigned to the order. After the assignment it is clear what came back and what stayed with the customer.
Incoming payments are matched to the open items. If an invoice is left lying, a payment reminder and a dunning letter follow from the same job.
Entered once, usable everywhere. No double entry.
And it carries on from there on the same job: quotes can be signed digitally, deposit, interim and final invoices follow from it, incoming payments and reminders hang on it, and at the end the data goes to the accounts.
Where spreadsheets stop, Jobtura carries on: stock levels, picking and scanning are built in. No extra tool needed.
Packing lists straight from the order. Tick off line by line, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is packed twice.
A live overview in the warehouse: which orders are due, what is packed, what is missing, on a screen right there.
Barcode and QR scanning by smartphone: book equipment, record withdrawals, check returns, in seconds.
Five quick questions, an answer straight away – then we both know whether this is a match.
Jobtura is not theory software. It has been in use for years with rental businesses, event technicians and service providers across Germany, built with the people who work with it every day.

Jobtura comes in two forms: as full rental software for businesses with a warehouse and equipment fleet, and as a lean cloud entry for small teams.
The full ERP software for rental, sales & service. That is this page.
Jobtura as a Service , the lean cloud entry for small teams.
And the two belong together: JaaS also works as an app alongside Sales & Rent. You can just as well use only the app, or only Sales & Rent. And where the software runs is your call: in our cloud, on your own server, or on a machine in your own building.
ERP and inventory software for Rental · Sales · Service. You start lean with what you need and add more as you grow:
